How Do We Create Added Value?

Energy Sales (Electricity & Biomethane) Our SSAD technology produces valuable biogas with a high methane content from organic waste. This biogas is converted into clean energy (electricity) or biomethane, becoming a continuous source of revenue for your organization.
- Organic Product Revenues (Premium Compost & Biochar) Our Bioreactor Compost system converts the ‘digestate’ remaining from energy production into high-quality organic fertilizer in a record time of 3-7 days. The sale of this compost and the biochar obtained through Microwave Pyrolysis to the agricultural sector provides an additional revenue channel.
- Carbon Credits and Green Certificates Our reduction of greenhouse gases and the high carbon sequestration capacity of the biochar we produce generate revenue from carbon credits and green certificates valid in international markets. This revenue stream significantly improves the financial return of the projects
Flexible and Reliable Business Partnership Models
Every organization’s administrative structure, financial priorities, and regional needs are different. At Mass Bioenerji, we know that a ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution is insufficient, and we base our global expansion strategy on strong collaborations.
Therefore, whether as a technology provider or a full-scale investment partner, we offer various partnership models suited to different markets and project types. We establish selective partnerships by evaluating our potential partners’ financial strength, market knowledge, technical capacity, and commitment to sustainability. Public-Private Partnerships (PPP):
This is the most preferred model for institutions and local governments. In this structure, we undertake the investment, installation, and operation of the facility through long-term operating contracts, such as 15-25 years. This model includes guaranteed waste supply and sales agreements for the energy produced. We can work with different structures, such as Build-Operate-Transfer or Build-Operate-Own.
Joint Ventures (JV) and Consortiums:
For large-scale projects, such as regional waste management centers (10-50 MW capacity), we can operate the facilities together by forming a joint venture (JV) with your organization or its subsidiaries. This model is based on long-term revenue sharing and creates continuous cash flow
Turnkey Facility Installation (EPC):
If you prefer that the ownership and operation of the facility remain entirely with your organization, we offer turnkey projects that cover all design, engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning (EPC) services.

You can share the investment risk by choosing a long-term operation and revenue-sharing model (PPP or JV), or you can opt for the turnkey (EPC) installation model where ownership of the facility remains entirely with you.
